Based on interviews a staff member tap a child on the hand because he spilt his water. The same staff member pulled the same child by 1 hand from under the table and stated "he shouldn't have his ass under the table". The same staff member popped several children on the hand because they wouldn't stay on the carpet, crawled under the table, and wouldn't sit still.
