Lavatories were not kept clean, in good repair and kept free of storage. I observed a soiled diaper lying on the floor of the children’s bathroom next to the trash can, in space 5.
Violation corrected during visit
All walls and ceilings including doors and windows were not kept clean, free of visible fungal growth, and in good repair. In space 1 and 5, walls were not in good repair in several areas of the classroom space. Missing paint and/or the dry wall were showing without proper repair.
