Operator and/or staff who work with children, did not complete health and safety training as part of on-going training so that every five years, all the topic areas were covered. I reviewed Ms. McCrory’s file. It was observed that the caregiver last completed the Recognizing and Responding Child Maltreatment training on August 01, 2018 and it was due for its five year renewal either on or before August 01, 2023.
