Operator did not successfully complete a first aid course as referenced in Rule.1702(b)(2) First aid training was not renewed on or before the expiration of the certification. The caregiver (PK) first aid expired on 2/25, PK took First Aid training on 5/5/25.

Corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, and products under pressure in an aerosol dispenser and any substance that may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not kept in locked storage when children were in care. In the kitchen I observed a bottle of cologne, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer on the counter/ in reach of children.

Operator did not maintain accurate daily attendance records including documentation of arrival and departure for all children in care, including the operator's own preschool children. The provider did not have documentation of children's arrival and departure times.

Screen time was not limited to a maximum of thirty minutes per day, and no more than two and a half hours per week, per child. Upon arrival, I observed a child watching TV, the provider did not have documentation of how long the child had been watching TV.
