Corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, and products under pressure in an aerosol dispenser and any substance that may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not kept in locked storage when children were in care. I observed the cabinet underneath the bathroom sink not lock, this is where hazardous products/ creams are stored/accessible to children.

Electrical outlets not in use were not covered. I observed electrical outlets in the operator office (where children were asleep) and in the kitchen, that were accessible to children, they were not in use and no safety covers.

An individual sleeping space for resting such as a bed, crib, play pen, cot, mat, or sleeping bag with individual linens was not provided for each pre-school age child who was in care for four hours or more, or for all children if overnight care is provided. Upon arrival, I observed four children asleep in the operators office. There were two children asleep on the floor with no individual mat/cot and two children asleep on the couch.
