All equipment and furnishings were not in good repair. The playground has a double seated chair and the paint is peeling.

All corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispenser, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not stored in a locked room or cabinet. A Lysol in an aerosol container was accessible to children.

Vehicles used to transport children enrolled in the child care center did not comply with all applicable State and federal laws and regulations. There was no documentation of current registration on file for the Ford Transit 150 that is used to transport children.

Equipment and furnishings not meeting the requirements outlined in child care .0601(b) and (c) were not removed or made inaccessible. In the crib/nap area there was a torn plastic climbing equipment. On the playground, there was a cracked wagon.
