Electrical outlets not in use were not covered. Four (4) electrical outlets located on the lower region of two (2) walls in the kitchen and along the path of travel for children were observed not covered with safety plugs when not in use.

Products that are labeled “keep out of reach of children” with an additional warning(s) on the label, were not kept in locked storage while children were in care. It was observed that a bottle of hand sanitizer labeled with the warning “Keep Out of the Reach of Children” and accompanied by other warnings was observed being stored on top of the kitchen’s refrigerator.

Corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, and products under pressure in an aerosol dispenser and any substance that may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not kept in locked storage when children were in care. On the kitchen counter was an aerosol can of Lysol, and a bottle of baby lotion.
