Operator has not scheduled and obtained a fire inspection within 12 months of the previous inspection. Operator did not submit the original approved report to DCDEE within one week of the inspection visit on a form provided by the Division. The center's last fire inspection was 2/25/25, and has not have a fire inspection within 12 months of the last one.

Daily records of arrival and departure times for children at the center were not maintained as children arrive and depart and/or were not made available for review. I observed children the attendance for children and some children did not have departure times available for review.

All corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispenser, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not stored in a locked room or cabinet. I observed cans of paint on the floor of the kitchen/ not locked and accessible to children.
