In the Butterflies classroom there were two expired medication/forms, Dove lotion, and a prescription cream (Statin).

Electrical outlets and power strips, not in use, which were located in space used by children did not have safety outlets or were not covered with safety plugs unless located behind furniture or equipment that cannot be moved by a child. In the room that serves three (3) and four (4) year old there was an electrical outlet that was uncovered. There was some discussion on if the outlets in the rooms were self-protecting and didn't requiring a cover but a cover was provided to correct the violation.
