All staff did not successfully complete certification in CPR training appropriate to the age of the children in care. Verification of staff completion of the CPR course from an approved training organization was not in the staff file. A staff members CPR expired on September 14, 2024.

Parent’s statement includes the child’s name and date of enrollment and the date the parent signed the statement. One child did not have an enrollment date on the Discipline Policy.
