Food substitution was not of comparable food value or recorded on the menu prior to the meal or snack being served. Children in space #2 were served ham, wheat bread, mozzarella cheese sticks, green beans, clementines, "Cheez Doodles," and milk for lunch. The menu that was posted in space #2, and dated October 13, 2025 through October 17, 2025, listed the following food items for lunch on October 16, 2025, turkey lunchmeat, wheat bread, tator tots, green beans, and milk.
