A child was handled in a rough way, including shaking, pushing, shoving, pinching, slapping, biting, kicking, or spanking. On May 14, 2025, a child 3 years of age was arguing with another child over a bike. A teacher approached the children and grabbed the child by the arm that was sitting on the bike. The teacher released the child's arm, again grabbed his arm and walked him over to his teacher. The child had fingernail marks on his right arm.
