The temperature was manually altered by the caregiver during the visit and the temperature was later monitored at 75f.

Caregivers did not document compliance with visually checking on sleeping infants aged 12 months or younger and/or the documents were not maintained for a minimum of one month. Three (3) infants were in their crib, one was sleeping, nothing was documented on the safe sleep chart. When I asked how long the infant had been sleeping, the teacher stated since 10:00, it was 10:46. She stated the other infant just woke up and had been sleeping for about an hour. She stated that the third infant had just been put in the crib.

One (1) infant was lying awake in a crib, the staff member stated the infant had just woken up. The Safe Sleep Chart had last been documented at 9:45, it was now 10:20 and nothing else had been documented.
