In space #214, two outlets on a surge protector were not covered with safety plugs. In space #220, one outlet was not covered with a safety plug.

In space #106, two aerosol cans were stored on an open shelf. In spaces #132 and #106, glitter was stored in a cabinet. The warning labels on the glitter stated not intended for children under three years of age.
