All walls and ceilings including doors and windows were not kept clean, free of visible fungal growth, and in good repair. I observed peeling paint on wall in space #4 and space #5.

In space #5, I observed the (L) bathroom not in good repair, I observed; the ceiling hanging in spots because of water spots, the paper towel holder rusted, the caulking around the sink not in good repair.
