In Space #1, on August 18, 2023, one child’s arrival time was not documented; on August 21, 2023, one child’s arrival time was not documented; on August 22, 2023, two children’s arrival times were not documented; on August 23, 2023, two children’s arrival times were not documented; on August 24, 2023, two children’s arrival times were not documented; on August 28, 2023, two children’s arrival times were not documented; and on August 29, 2023, two children’s arrival times were not documented. All corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispenser, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not stored in a locked room or cabinet. In Space #3, one aerosol can of ProMax Multi-Purpose Spray Glue with multiple warnings, including keep out of reach of children, was located in an unlocked storage cubbie attached to the wall that was five feet and three inches from the ground.
