102416.2 Reporting Requirements (c) In addition to the events specified in Health and Safety Code Sections 1597.467(b)(1)(A) through (b)(1)(C), the licensee shall report the following events to the Department: (1) Any suspected child abuse or neglect, as defined in Penal Code Section 11165.6, of any child in care, in addition to reporting requirements pursuant to Penal Code Section 11166. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: based on interview and evidence obtained, licensee is aware of the allegation that child (C1) was hit by staff because a police officer had interviewed her about it. Licensee did not report the suspected abuse to the Department.

(B) Any person, other than a child, residing in the facility. (C) Any person who provides care and supervision to the children. (D) Any staff person, volunteer, or employee who has contact with the children. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interview and records review, the English teacher who provided care and supervision to the children did not have fingerprint clearance.
