Obtain a California clearance or a criminal record exemption as required by the Department This requirement was not met as evidenced by an adult renter (A1) who does not have a criminal record clearance. This poses an immediate risk to the Health, Safety or Personal Rights to children in care.

HSC 1596.8595(a)(1) · Type A

Each licensed child day care facility shall post a copy of any licensing report pertaining to the facility that documents either a facility visit or a complaint investigation that results in a citation for a violation that, if not corrected, will create a direct and immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care. The licensing report provided by the department shall be posted immediately upon receipt, adjacent to the postings required pursuant to Section 1596.817 and on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door to the facility and shall remain posted for 30 consecutive days. This requirement was not met as evidenced by LPA did not observe the report for the type A violation issued on 09/11/2026 posted for parents to see. This poses an immediate risk to the Health, Safety or Personal Rights to children in care.

HSC 1596.8595(c)(1) · Type B

A licensed child day care facility shall provide to the parents or guardians of each child receiving services in the facility copies of any licensing report that documents any Type A citation that represents an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care as set forth in paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 1596.893b This requirement was not met as evidenced by parents were not provided entire report and were only given LIC809 first page. This poses a potential risk Health, Safety Personal Rights risk to children in care.

CCR102417(g)(8) · Type B

Each family child care home shall have a current roster of children as specified in Health and Safety Code Section 1596.841. This requirement was not met as evidenced by LPA observed the children's roster was not complete. This poses a potential risk Health, Safety Personal Rights risk to children in care.

HSC 1597.465(b) · Type A

1597.465(b) - Large family day care homes; number of children - No more than three infants are cared for during any time when more than 12 children are being cared for. This requirement was not met as evidenced by… Based on observations during surveillance, LPAs observed 16 children being dropped off and during walk through of the home, LPA observed 21 children, four infants in care. This poses an immediate risk to the Health, Safety or Personal Rights to children in care.

CCR102417(g)(8) · Type B

Each family child care home shall have a current roster of children as specified in Health and Safety Code Section 1596.841. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA observed that the facility did not maintained a current roster during the time of inspection. This poses a potential safety & health risk to children in care.

CCR 102370(d) · Type B

Criminal Record Clearance: All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 shall prior to working, residing, or volunteering in a licensed facility. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA observed there was a helper who was finger printed with licensee's closed facility number, not been associated with the current facility during the time of inspection. This poses a potential safety & health risk to children in care.

CCR 102416.5(d)(1) · Type A

Staffing Ratio and Capacity: For a Large Family Child Care Home, the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time when there is an assistant provider in the home, ..., shall be either: (1) Twelve children, no more than four of whom may be infants. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA observed there were 14 children (6 infants, & 8 preschoolers) in care during the time of inspection. This poses an immediately safety & health risk to children in care.
