ALLEGATION(S): Staff did not adhere to an admissions agreement INVESTIGATION FINDINGS: On 12/12/24 at approximately at 9:00am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Alvarado conducted an unannounced subsequent site visit to the facility to deliver investigation findings in response to the above allegation that was made to the Child Care Licensing Division (CCLD) on 9/30/24. LPAs Alvarado met with Director of Admissions Jane Garvey and Site Director, N.W. and discussed the purpose of the visit. During today’s visit, LPA conducted a health and safety inspection. Present during the inspection was Site Director, Director of Admissions and eleven staff supervising forty two children (42 Preschoolers). All adults present have fingerprint clearance and are associated to the facility. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted observations, gathered documents, and interviewed staff. Through staff interviews, LPA gathered that staff did verify that staff did comply to the programs admissions agreement. Based on the information gathered it was determined that there is not sufficient evidence to say that staff did not adhere to an admissions agreement. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
