Copies of the menus as served shall be dated and kept on file for at least 30 days. Menu's shall be made available for review by the child's authorized representative and the Department upon request: This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews conducted, children's representatives were not informed (in advance) that lunches served were not the same as posted on the lunch menu, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
