ALLEGATION(S): Staff pushed a child in care. INVESTIGATION FINDINGS: On 1/28/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Liridon Fici- Doni conducted an unannounced complaint investigation and met with MEHA RATNANI, Director and informed her of the reason for visit. LPA observed 17 children in care. During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed Reporting Party (RP), staff, children, and obtained copies of documentations. It was alleged that staff pushed a child in care after using the bathroom because C1 did not want to wash his hands. Based on interviews conducted, staff stated that C1 became upset because C1 was being guided by Staff 2 (S2) to use the sink to wash C1’s hands after using the bathroom, but C1 refused and wanted to go directly to the table to eat his snack...
