ALLEGATION(S): Licensee operates out of ratio Licensee falsifies records Uncleared adults in the home INVESTIGATION FINDINGS: Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shine Yu conducted an unannounced complaint investigation to deliver the findings. LPA met with Licensee Ping Wang. It was alleged that facility was out of ratio, did not maintain accurate children records and adults in facility were not background check cleared. On 6/03/26, LPA conducted an initial complaint investigation and reviewed supporting documentation. LPA interviewed licensee and staff, and toured facility. During the investigation, present were 8 children, including 2 under 2 years old which was in compliance with Title 22 regulations. There were 2 adults present and both have background check clearance. LPA reviewed 3 children’s files. Unsubstantiated Estimated Days of Completion:
