(g) The licensee shall document each child's immunizations as required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, Section 6070, and shall maintain such documentation for as long as the child is enrolled. (1) This requirement includes updating each child's PM 286 (6/95) when the child is due to receive required immunizations after enrollment in the family day care home. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Child 1, 3,7, and 8 immunization records need to be updated which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

(c) The licensee and other personnel as specified shall complete training on preventive health practices, including pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866. Licensee and her helper have taken an online CPR class which is not approved per C.C regulations, and poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
