(a) The written infant needs and services plan shall be updated at least quarterly, or as often as necessary to assure its accuracy. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on director interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as 6 of 8 Infant Needs and Services Plan was last updated more than 3 months ago, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
101427(j) Bottles, dishes and containers of food brought by the infant's authorized representative shall be labeled with the infant's name and the current date. None of children dishes and bottles were labeled. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the infant's food and bottles are not labeled with the infant's names and current date. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
