This requirement is not met as evidenced by, Based on the LPA’s interviews and record reviews, on 9/25/2025, C1 was found, unsupervised, by staff members, right outside of the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR), between 10:45 am to 10:55 am. Director Morena Waack reported to the Child Care Oakland Regional Office via the telephone, the incident, on 9/29/2025. This poses an mmediate and potential risk to the health, safety, and or personal rights of children in care.
