Personal Rights (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on record review and interview, the facility did not comply with the above due to a staff member inappropriately handling a child in care, which posed a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of persons in care.
(f) At least one staff member who is trained in pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866 shall be present when children are at the child care center or offsite for center activities. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
