(a) The capacity specified on the license shall be the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: At 3:40PM., Based on record review, LPA confirmed Individual Infant Sleeping Plans, LIC9227, missing for qualifying children in care. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
