Multiple times during the inspection children walked out of the cafeteria. Caregivers were unaware of the children leaving group to go to the hallway. There was also a child left in cafeteria for 5 minutes while the rest of the group went to the restroom.
A caregiver grabbed and pulled a child by their jacket as a form of discipline.
