When I first got here, there was only one caregiver with 27 students ages 4-11 years old. There was one caregiver in the restroom with 3 children. Also, one caregiver had to continue to leave the room, go down the hall, out the door, and about 30 feet to a gate to open it for parents. This left one caregiver in charge of the group while the other caregiver was in and out of the cafeteria with the groups.
The children came in from the playground and did not wash their hands.
The staff could not locate the binder containing the children's records during the inspection.
The operation has not documented any emergency drills on the posted form.
