CI: This was corrected and resolved when the operation had a food allergy emergency plan signed by the child's parent within his file and as well in his classroom. Also the director clarified that caregivers would not distribute food, and the kitchen manager would provide appropriate alternative snacks for children with known allergies.

When disciplining, a caregiver responded inappropriately by biting a child back after being bitten by the child. The caregivers bite resulted in a swollen black and blue mark on the child's forearm.
