A can of shaving cream was observed in the classroom and caregivers stated it was used by children for crafts and a scent plug in was observed in a room children use. They were removed during the inspection.

746.801(3) - Required Records Maintained and Made Available - Personnel and Training Records · Medium

The operation was missing two required trainings for 6 staff files reviewed and emergency drill records at the time of the inspection.
