The operation's playgrounds still have climbing structures and slides, but they still don't have any loose-fill surfacing or unitary surfacing material in the use zones. They said that Jessica said they can have it this way. I explained that I had spoken with Jessica and she says that the grass must be removed. I showed them the use zones in which the grass must be removed.

Upon return to operation, they had still not removed the grass over the pea gravel loose fill as requested by both Jessica Leathers and myself.

It was observed that six toddlers 18 months- 24 months were watching an animated video. The caregiver turned off the video and read a book to the children.

Six bottles were observed. One bottle only had initials of the infant and four other bottles only had the infant's first name. The Second Director labeled all bottles with the infant's first name and first letter of last name during the inspection.
