There was a petting zoo containing a bearded dragon iguana, three turtles, a duck and a chicken at the operation. The pre- kinder and kinder children in care were observed petting said animals.

Cleaning chemicals were on a table making them accessible to the children in care. This was brought into compliance when staff removed the chemicals from the table and placing them in the chemical closet.

The caregiver on the playground stated they were responsible for 8 children. There were 12 children on the playground.
