There were spider webs, and bird droppings in the play equipment used by children in care. Dirty build up on food preparation equipment and in the refrigerator.
Toxic Chemicals were being stored near the food served to children.
A cushion was being used with a cloth sheet covering in the diaper changing table. *This was corrected during the inspection when the cushion was removed, and the surface was not absorbent.
