A child touched another child inappropriately.
This standard was reviewed in relation to the self-reported allegations and found to be deficient. There is sufficient evidence that a caregiver yelled at a child as a form of discipline.
Based on evidence gathered during the investigation, a child in care was unsupervised for approximately 35 minutes.
A caregiver does not have 7 of the required annual training hours.
Children were observed playing on prohibited equipment. This was corrected during the inspection when children were moved from the eqiupment and told it can no longer be used during the program.
