A staff member that requires 24 hours of preservice training has only 17 of the required hours and is in the classroom with children.

There were no children in the two infant classrooms with up to date feeding forms.

Six of twenty two medications were expired. The Director threw them out and will follow up with the families to ensure the correct in date medicines are present when needed.
