During a walk through of the operation, two caregivers were in the same classroom and both of the caregivers had conditions stating that they could only be supervised by other persons without conditions. This was corrected when one caregiver was moved into another classroom.

A child was placed in a restrictive device (high chair) for discipline. It was explained to the caregiver that highchairs cannot be used for time out. The child was removed from the high chair

Observed one caregiver past their 90 days of employment with CPR training that was completed online. I explained that within 90 days of employment, CPR must be completed and the training must utilize the use of a manikin. This was corrected, as the employee no longer works at the operation.
