At the time of the inspection, the caregivers in charge said they had 12 children in care but there were 15 children. This was fixed at inspection.
Outlets in the caferteria were observed uncoved. It is unknown if the outlets are child proof.
Observed one student leave the cafeteria without a caregiver in close proximity to supervise. This was corrected when the child arrived back to the cafeteria.
Two children with diagnosed food allergies did not have food allergy plans available for review.
