During an investigation it was found that a child was sat out for time out for around 10-15 minutes. The time out period should be 1 minute per age of the child.
There was sufficient evidence found during the investigation to show that one child was able to get out of an outdoor playground and was unsupervised for about two minutes. This was corrected at inspection when the hole between the fence and the building was blocked off.
A child in care was left unsupervised.
