The class had 27 children in the group and the second class had 26 children which made a total of 53 children. This did not allow the children to be together as a total group and was out of ratio.

There was a 15 minute wait period from when the children finished snack and when they were moved to the next activity of centers and gym activity.

A caregiver was observed allowing two children to go to the rest room unsupervised. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver went into the hallway to observe the children use the restroom.
