While reviewing six childrens files, one did not have a current updated immunziation record.
During the inspection the Toddler classroom there was a 13 month old and a three year old in same group. This was corrected when the three year old moved to the Primary class and the age gap was no more than 18 month in the Toddler classroom.
Out of five staff files reviewed one staff member only had two hours of annual training in their file. This was corrected when the director went to their other location and found the caregivers certificates for annual training.
