A plan to ensure physical activity occurs on days when extreme weather conditions prohibit or limit outdoor time A minimum of two daily opportunities for outdoor play, weather permitting, in which a child makes use of both small and large muscles An infant birth through 12 months of age may engage in outdoor play for an amount of time as tolerated by the infant An infant 13 months through 17 months of age, a toddler, or a pre-kindergarten age child must engage in outdoor play for a minimum of 60 total minutes daily A toddler must engage in moderate to vigorous active play for a minimum of 60 minutes daily A pre-kindergarten age child must engage in moderate to vigorous active play for a minimum of 90 minutes daily 2. There were 2 rooms the children are cared for in that did not have a smoke detector.
There was a trampoline observed in the background that was greater than 4 feet in diameter.
Out of seven children's files reviewed, the following was observed: -Seven files were missing a health statement; -Six files were missing complete emergency contact information; -One file was missing hearing and vision results; and, -One file was missing immunizations
The CPSC form was not certified for the current year.
The provider did not have all of the required training.
