One caregiver walked away from the infant sitting in the highchair, had their back towards the infant, and was using their personal cell phone. The other caregiver was facing the infant while sitting on the carpet and failed to get up and stand in front of the highchair knowing the infant has attempted to get out of the highchair previously.
