A caregiver did not use good judgement when they placed a barrel with an opening in it over a child while the child was having a tantrum. The barrel is normally used as a place for children to be calm and read a book. However, the child was upset by having the barrel placed over them in a way that it was not intended to be used.
A caregiver was present at the operation without the operation receiving the background check eligibility notification. The caregiver left the operation and will not return until the eligibility has been determined.
A staff member was present in the classroom without an eligible background check. The person was required to leave campus in my presence. An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC 42.078.
The pea gravel under the swing set is barely 2" deep over packed dirt. The sand on the Pre-K playground is only loose to a depth of 3-4" and needs to be loosened.
