It was found while conducting a walk through that the operation had 16 children in a classroom with 1 caregiver. The specified age group of that classroom was 3 years old. This specified age group allows for 15 children with one caregiver. This was corrected at the inspection when a child was moved to another classroom.
It was found while looking at the fire inspection that the operation had not passed the fire inspection conducted on 7/2/21.
