During the walk through screen time activity was observed during a meal and nap time preparation period. This was corrected during the inspection when the provider turned the television to a black screen lullaby.

The first aid kit was observed to have expired bandages. This was corrected during the inspection when the provider removed the bandages and replaced them with non-expired ones.
