The primary caregiver completed 10 out of the required annual training hours.

747.3501 - Safety - Areas Free From Hazards · Medium High

During a walk through of the playground, the play area had not been maintained. There were growing weeds in the yard, a hole was observed in the play space, fencing around the play area was worn and there were areas that could cause a child to become entrapped. A hammer was on a table in the play area and accessible to children. This was corrected by the hammer being removed and placed in an inaccessible to children in care. The hole was corrected during the inspection by placing soil in the hole to prevent trips/falls.

During the inspection the operational policies did not include the promotion of outdoor activity.

747.5105 - Mounting of Fire Extinguishers · Medium High

During the inspection, the fire extinguisher was observed on a kitchen counter and not mounted.
