Observed the weed barrier sticking out on the playground which can cause a tripping hazard. I spoke to the director about getting more loose fill or removing the barrier so that it is no longer a tripping hazard.

746.4803 - Measurement of Use Zone for Stationary Equipment · Medium

There is a climbing dome on the playground that does not have a 6 foot use zone around all sides. There is a fence on one side and a tree on another side that the children can fall into. I spoke to the director about this.
