During the walk through of the operation, a child was observed in a separate room away from the group. The child was behind a wall separating the classroom and could not be seen by the caregiver who was in the adjoining classroom with the other children.
Observed 8 children files and one child was missing information for the emergency medical authorizzation.
Observed a television sitting on the floor for the childrens use. I explained that the television should be anchored to prevent it from falling over on a child.
