Out of four caregivers' trainings reviewed during an inspection on 12/10/24, four caregivers were missing proof of required annual trainings in emergency preparedness, administering medications, food allergies, and hazardous materials during the inspection. On 2/3/25, the director submitted trainings for one caregiver, one caregiver is no longer employed, and two caregivers are still missing the required annual trainings in emergency preparedness, administering medications, food allergies, and hazardous materials.
